1) Cancellation of Orders, within 24 Hours;

Clients have the flexibility to cancel their orders within 24 hours from the time of placement and successful payment completion.
If the cancellation is requested within this timeframe we will initiate a refund process.

2) Cancelling an order, within 48 hours;

In the event that customers decide to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it a cancellation fee equivalent, to 5% of the order amount will be deducted. This fee is applied to compensate for the expenses incurred in initiating the service and allocating resources promptly upon receiving the order.

3) Refund after Delivery of First Draft:

After receiving the draft if you decide to cancel the project we will discuss the possibility of a refund, with our team at Writrox Solution Private Limited. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and resources invested up until that point.

4) Order Cancellation by Writrox Solution Private Limited:

In the event that Writrox Solution Private Limited cancels an order, at any stage during the project a complete refund will be provided to the client.

5) Refund Processing Time:
